Products returned in their original, unopened packaging within 14 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price. The product must be in resaleable condition.
Opened Products
If you have opened the product and are not satisfied, you may still return it within 14 days. A partial refund may apply to account for the reduced resale value. We will assess each case individually and communicate the refund amount before processing.
Damaged or Defective Products

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

5. Refund Process
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. You can expect to see the refund within 5–10 business days after we process it, depending on your bank or card issuer. We will notify you by email once the refund has been initiated.
6. Shipping Costs
Under EU Consumer Rights: If you withdraw from the contract within the 14-day period, we will reimburse you for the standard delivery costs you paid. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods to us, unless we have agreed otherwise or the product is defective.
For other returns: Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund if the return is not due to our error (e.g., you simply changed your mind and the product is opened). We will inform you of any deductions before processing.
